These tablets are great! They have more vitamins in them than any others on the market, they don't have a funky smell/taste like some do and they didn't make me feel nauseous.

I already use the Spark Nutrition brand. I love that its once a day and there is no taste which is perfect especially in the first tri when feeling unwell.

Osteovit packs a good punch with calcuim, magnesium, Vitamin D and zinc. All crucial and work coherently together. Osteovit is a brand that does care about quality and ethics. If your low on Vitamin D then this an idela supplement with Calcium, which helps to absorb Vitamin D. Again, with food supplements would advise to buy small amounts and see how your stomach reacts.
